Most recently, I was Director of Digital Product at Casper, where I led the rearchitecture of the tech stack handling more than $250M ARR with 75% less resources.

Before that, I founded and ran a successful agency, scaling it to a team of 8 with a $1M ARR by leading both the sales and solution design processes on more than 60 applications and websites.

And I started my career at Housing Works which was the perfect job right out of school because I got to do all. I started businesses, ran million dollar fundraisers, and built a marketing team from scratch to maintain it all.
